we'd possibly win the league!

I think we're lacking a bit of pace up front this term, and can't understand why AW won't spend some cash on a top class finisher?

A proper winger wouldn't go amiss either!

Apparently, the money's there if the manager wants it, but I'd be surprised if we make any more major signings before the transfer window closes.

Guess it'll, literally, be another season of missed chances?

One thing we won't miss is Anelka's attitude which could take it's toll on team who's positivity is going from strength to strength.

I would like to see Arsene sign a winger but wouldn't be too keen on anything that's out there at the minute.

if wenger is going 2 buy anybody it should be a good european keeper,i dont think lehmanns up 2 it anymore, especially after the howler against fulham and i wouldnt say it would be his last this season either, seems 2 be the weekest link in the team this season.as far as anelka is concerned we dont need him or his brother upseting things at the club.

Admittedly Anelka was young and foolish to leave Arsenal, however, he does now seem to have a good attitude to the game, and would in my opinion be a world class forward playing for a team like Arsenal. We make hard work of winning games, especially against lesser teams, and he'd score enough goals to make match days a lot more relaxed for us fans. Also, I've heard that when he was at Man City he mixed well with the other players and was never any trouble at all. Older and wiser.

As for available wingers - and this will probably annoy people more than the idea of Anelka returning - how about bringing back David Bentley? Watching him and Theo Walcott playing on the right wing last term I often wondered: does Arene Know?

Take your point about the keeper, Larry. Looks like Jens is going for a howler a week this season.
