I got 2 tickets for the Arsenal vs AC Milan game via Thomas Cook sport for my father for Christmas. They are for the upper green quaderant corner, unfortunatly he is afraid of heights and wouldn't enjoy the match. So I am looking to swap with someone with a lower tier seat. He is a life long supporter of Arsenal and has never been to a match, so it would mean alot to him. Can anybody suggest any good way of getting the tickets exchanged. I have tried the travel agent and Arsenal fc, the travel agent said they will request them, but couldn't guarentee them. Arsenal said I would have to go through the travel agent. Has anybody had this problem before?

The majority of lower teir tickets are used by season tickets holders and are hard to come by we ocassionally get them but i wouldnt think for this fixture we will be in the upper tier. If we do get lower tier i will gladly swap with you as the view in the lower tier is pants.

Thanks for getting back to me about this. How does it compare with the upper tier at croke park as regards to how high you are. My father isn't petrified of heights but it would make him uncomfortable being there. He might stick it if it wasn't too high up.

Not that bad but it's a bit of a walk up the stairs!
You have a great view from anywhere in the stadium, only problem may be seeing the screens depending on how high up you are.
Certainly not as bad as Old Trafford.
Mate who suffered from vertigo went to a match and ended up sitting in the highest seat he could (not his fault) got carried down on a stretcher as he couldn't move it was so high up.

Croker would be higher up if I remember right.

I can second that, it's no where near as bad as the seatbelt seats at Croker.

The gradient in Croker seems to be much higher, probably due to space constraints.

Andy wait until Milan were in the top tier, bring a fecking parachute for that one, it is one of the steepest around

Ha! Seen that on the Arsenal website alright! I also believe we'll be locked in for a few hours after the match for safety reasons. Booze disaster!
