Thinkin about going to Stoke fa cup tie....

Any advice on gettin there... airports trains busses... all welcome... might bring nephew with me if its not to tricky to get there...
Any one else going????

Stoke-on-Trent is roughly halfway between Manchester and Birmingham, so either of those is probably your best bet. You could also try Liverpool or East Midlands (Nottingham), but there getting there may be more awkward.

It's on the main Manchester-London rail line with frequent services. I imagine it's well served from Birmingham as well. Go to National Rail Enquiries (http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/) for more info. As for buses, try National Express (http://www.nationalexpress.com/home.aspx/).

Im flying to Manchester for this one land about halft 10 aerlingus(only50 euro), train leaves airport at 11 and gets in Stoke about 12:15 flight back isnt until 10 at night though

I also have a spare ticket for this match
